Hap hazard- the driveway wasn’t plowed even though it had been days since the snow fell and well as the sidewalks were full of snow and Very slippery!

Location was close and parking was free.

No one works there. No jacuzzi in room, just a grungy old tub that didn¿t hold water. The locals informed me that the hotel is a hangout for drug dealers and addicts. Very frightening

Rough older condition Sunday morning 9:15. No breakfast or even coffee in morning room

Not impressed with any part of this hotel experience.

Cleanliness, pool and hot tub closed off, no breakfast as advertised, poor service, beds were dirty.

nobody at the front desk, ever room key did not work in room NEVER GOT FIXED! had to call attendant to open room EVERYTIME ordered a room with king size bed, ended up with two full size said no other rooms available only 8 cars in parking lot more2l

The room was bigger than expected.

We had to wait for 45 minutes before someone came to check us in even though I called the hotel in advance to ask if a late check in would be fine and they said yes.

Close to proximity.

No air condition until 3:00am in the morning. Not clean. Will not use again.

It was easy to get to and the lady at the front desk was nice enough.

The bathroom sink was very dirty, the desk chair was in terrible shape. Food was left in the dresser. Large stains in the carpet. Popcorn kernels on the floor that my grandbaby got in her mouth while crawling around. Smoke alarm missing and wires hanging

Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Took forever to find employee to check in. Website says pool, and they have a pool but it is CLOSED! Might be nice to Know that. Breakfast was nonexistent. Again, let people Know ahead of their visit. At some point something puked in the main doorway.

There's never anyone at the front desk. They have a button you push to call them and it takes anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour for them to respond if they show up at all

Easy to get to. Everything that was available to me was easily accessible

The hotel didnt offer breakfast as advertised blamed covid even though other indiana hotels are able to offer it. No one is ever working the front desk, you have to summons then with a call button, I mean no one was ever at the front desk

Without any doubt, the Staff! Hotel employee was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I am always appreciative of any company that hires the best, hotel employee was just that, excellence in customer service will always bring you customers and returning business.

Yes, for me two things; the Hot tub and the Pool were closed for the two days I was at this nice Hotel, and, secondly, being a vegan, I would have liked to have more choices for the free breakfast, Oatmeal and Banana was good and appreciated!

Location and price point. Convenient to Ft. Wayne and Indy.

The location is great and it is easy to get to Ft. Wayne or Indy from this location.

I have stayed at this property a few times. However, this time even as a Choice Plus member I was not allowed a late check-out, Hotel employee said that this was not possible. The place was less crowded than the Wed before Thanksgiving and they did so then.

The staff here is amazing and always friendly. This location is a regular stop for me.

The condition of the property is not 100%, but it is clear they are working on things. As long as they continue to make improvements, I will continue to stay with them through the transition.

The bed was comfortable enough.

Got surprised with a $30 "pet fee" that I negotiated down to $15. The room and decor were shabby and outdated. The breakfast food was awful. The pool was out of service. I normally have had much better rooms for similar prices.

Nothing really.

The carpet in the room was dirty. My shoes stuck to it in spots. Breakfast was to be at 6 AM. Letter slid under my door said it will be a 7 AM. In reality, breakfast started coming out at 7 AM, not ready till later. No one at front desk for checkout.

Large, clean room.

The room doors bang very loudly when closed. Voices in the hall carried clearly into the room. Voices in the room next door carried. I'm used to hearing people arriving, but this was excessive.
